In preparation for your stay, we would like you to fill in the check-in form and review some important information.
Parking
When arriving in Paúl do Mar, Meu Pé de Cacau is about 100 meters to the right hand side after exiting the tunnel.
In the following map we have marked in green the places where free street parking is generally available (please don't park in the clearing next to the property as it belongs to neighbours). In the property we also have two shared parking spaces, but we kindly ask you to use them mostly when you have luggage or groceries to load/unload. Eventually we plan on reserving one of the spaces for charging electric vehicles.
Other things to note
- The nearest eco-point is located about 70 meters from the property in the main road, behind the church.
- Please take into account that each studio has a maximum occupancy of two guests and due to liability concerns we aren’t able to accept unauthorised visitors in the property.
- The security deposit may be activated and extra charges may be raised in case there are non-trivial damages or the need for extra cleaning requiring specialised services.

Check-out until 11am. Check-in available between 3pm and 11pm.

Remember to pause the ceiling fan and turn off the lights when not in the studio.

If something breaks or isn't working as expected, let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it.

Not suitable for infants and children under 12. Not suitable for pets.

Help us by recycling as much as possible and please take all the garbage to the eco-point prior to check-out.

No parties or events. Quiet hours 11pm - 8am so that everyone is able to relax ( :

Leave common areas clean for the next guests to use. Store swing nets and beach umbrellas in bad weather.
